Data we collect
We may process account and contact details, order records, chat messages, delivery evidence, security events, and identity-verification data for booster applications. We never ask for a game-account password.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to perform the contract, provide security, prevent fraud, meet legal duties, and send communications you have expressly allowed.
Retention and security
Identity files are kept in private storage. Access is role-restricted and audited. Records are retained only for as long as necessary.
Your rights
You may send access, correction, deletion, restriction, and objection requests to privacy@elozenith.com. Legal retention duties may limit some requests.
Recipients and processors
Data may be shared with hosting, database, payment, identity, email/SMS, fraud-prevention, and support providers only as needed for the service. Boosters and sellers receive only the profile and transaction information required for an order.
International transfers
Where a restricted transfer outside the UK or EEA is necessary, we use an adequacy decision, the UK IDTA/Addendum, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful safeguard together with applicable transfer-risk assessments.
Retention criteria
Account data is kept while the account is active; order, payment, and audit records for applicable tax, accounting, fraud, and dispute periods; and KYC documents for the shortest period needed for verification and legal defence. Expired data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
Profiling and appeals
Matching, risk, and moderation signals may assist recommendations or human review. We do not intend to make a final decision with significant effects based solely on automated processing; you may appeal moderation or access decisions through support.
Complaints and contact
Privacy requests are handled at privacy@elozenith.com. Where UK data-protection law applies, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office; in the EU/EEA you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
EloZenith is operated by Forlyze Software. Version or regulatory changes are announced through account notices, and renewed explicit acceptance is collected when required.
