Seller verification
A seller must be at least 18 and provide accurate identity, address, and where applicable trader/business information. No listing may be created before identity approval. The platform may request more evidence or pause selling based on risk.
Ownership and listing accuracy
You may list only accounts you legally own and whose transfer does not breach law or publisher rules. Rank, region, cosmetics, sanction history, email, and phone-transfer status must be accurate and current.
Delivery, protection and fees
Credentials are entered only into the encrypted vault after payment confirmation. Funds remain protected during buyer inspection and listing protection; the platform fee and seller net amount are shown before submission.
Moderation and appeal
Misleading, stolen, recovered, or transfer-restricted accounts are rejected; the listing and seller account may be suspended. Reasons are notified and human review may be requested through support.
EloZenith is operated by Forlyze Software. Version or regulatory changes are announced through account notices, and renewed explicit acceptance is collected when required.
